Keeping Fit is a lifestyle choice and is something that I am passionate about.
I am a former long distance runner, competitive weightlifter and general gym nut.
Even though I am now just on sixty years old I weigh only a few pounds more than I did at twenty and fit in the same size clothes as I have done for the past couple of decades.
My daughter is a personal trainer so keeps me motivated to keep some level of fitness, though it gets harder as the years pass by.
